Join the Libertarian Party of Nevada as it hosts an Organizing Convention for the Washoe County Libertarian Party! The Libertarian Party of Nevada is the fastest-growing political party in Nevada and is looking forward to formally organizing our activities at the local and county level in Washoe County. 

The convention will take place at the Best Western Airport Plaza Hotel on the corner of Plumb & Terminal in Reno on Sunday, November 20. 

The convention is free to attend for anyone interested in the Libertarian Party of Nevada!

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Credentialing

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Bylaws

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Officer Elections

2:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Guest speakers

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Dinner

Become a voting delegate!

To become a voting delegate, you must satisfy two requirements:

1. Donate at least $60 to the Libertarian Party of Nevada in the past year.
2. Be a registered Libertarian Party voter in the State of Nevada and live in Washoe County.

Voter registration forms will be available at the event; additionally, you may register to vote as a Libertarian at RegisterToVoteNV.gov. To satisfy the donation requirement, consider joining us for lunch and dinner!

Meal Selections

The Libertarian Party of Nevada is offering lunch for $60, dinner for $75, or both for $100; a purchase of any meal at this event will satisfy the dues requirement to become a voting delegate. Each meal will feature a select guest speaker, as well as time to meet the guest speaker individually. Proceeds from the meals will go to the newly formed Washoe County Libertarian Party.
