This may be the most anticipated event in the Soho Forum's history! The Soho Forum is a project of the Reason Foundation and features Oxford-style debate on topics of special interest to libertarians. Founder Gene Epstein will be moderating this debate: the eagerly awaited contest between Scott Horton and Bill Kristol on US foreign policy.  The debate will be live-streamed by the Washoe County LP and is free to attend.

The resolution: "a willingness to intervene, and to seek regime change, is key to an American foreign policy that benefits America."

For the affirmative:  William ("Bill") Kristol was the founder and editor-at-large of the political magazine The Weekly Standard, published from 1995 through 2018.
