The Libertarian Party of Nevada is Proud to Support Brett Pojunis for National Chair
The Libertarian Party of Nevada is proud to support State Chairman Brett H. Pojunis for Chairman of the National Libertarian Party.
Libertarians are concerned about the viability of the Party on the National level. Mr. Pojunis promises to reform the National Party along the same lines as the Libertarian Party of Nevada.
On April 20th, the Libertarian Party of Nevada approved the following resolution, in support of Brett H. Pojunis for chair:
"We, the Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of Nevada, do hereby resolve:
I. Full support of Brett H. Pojunis to the position of Chairman of the Libertarian National Committee, and
II. Full support of Mr. Pojunis's strategic plan for the Libertarian Party of the United States.
Whereas Mr. Pojunis has demonstrated remarkable leadership and strategic abilities in the State of Nevada.
Whereas Mr. Pojunis, while serving as Chairman of the Libertarian Party of Nevada, has overseen a massive membership growth initiative, the deployment of modern, sleek, social media assets, and the building of alliances with local Democrat and Republican leaders in order to promote libertarian legislation at the state level.
Whereas Mr. Pojunis made Nevada history by persuading Assemblyman John Moore to switch to the Libertarian Party of Nevada, giving the Libertarian Party of the United States its first sitting state legislator in almost twenty years."
Nevadans, and Americans in general, are more fed up than ever with the two party system and the out of control expansion of government, including tax and spending hikes, reductions in civil liberties and privacy, and out of control regulations. But despite unprecedented growth in the Libertarian Party of Nevada, the National Party is still not seen as a viable option for voters in most of the country. Brett is the best option to change that image, and bring the Libertarian Party to the forefront of American politics. The Libertarian Party of Nevada is growing at 3 over three times the national average for state affiliates, and Nevada is the only state to have a Libertarian State Legislator. According to Mr. Pojunis, “it doesn’t matter if Democrats or Republicans are in charge, the government keeps growing. We hope voters will consider the Libertarian Party as a viable option going into the 2016 elections.”
