Please include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

Upon receipt of your payment we will provide you with a specially marked Front Sight application and character witness statement that will identify you as a 2008 Campaign Shoot-off guest.

Once you complete the application and return it in the provided envelope your registration will be complete.
